Dear First Name
Okay, so I'm a little embarrassed to admit this and I could get into some trouble at my previous work for doing this.... I got your email from our database at our bank (I was a teller) I because I thought you were sexy ; ) I would love to get to know you more and if you play your cards right I could send you some pics.
Please don't tell my previous employer because I left on good terms. Some things in life are worth taking the chance.
Love,
Jenni

Beware Of Getting Romance Phished!
Facts:
- Nearly 60% of all online profiles may be inactive or fake
- More than 50% of dating scam victims are women
- Potential victims are more vulnerable around Valentine’s Day
- Bank transfers and gift cards are the most commonly used payments
There are many warning signs that can help prevent getting romance scammed.
1. Always do a Google reverse image look up. If you do that with this image it will show you that this picture is commonly used in scams.
To use Google Image Search on a computer, you can:
Go to images.google.com
Click the camera icon
Drag and drop an image file from your folders or paste an image link
2. Distance – Usually a scammer will tell you that they are far away from you, so they can't meet you in person right away.
3. They ask you for money by using an app like Venmo or Zelle or for you to wire them money.
5. They let you down by breaking promises every time you’ve arranged to meet up or video call.
How to test if they are a real person
1. Ask them to take a photo winking with either their left or right eye
2. Or to take a photo of themselves making the peace sign with their right or left hand
You want to make sure that what you are asking is easy for a real person to do and make sure it is not offensive. If they can't do what you are asking, then there is a 99.999% chance they are phishing you!
Phool School Rule
Even, if they send you a pic that you ask for, you STILL have to be VERY careful with the type of information you provide to them.
Never share any compromising photos, your banking info, social security number, drivers license info or address. Also, we recommend NEVER to send gifts, money, etc to someone until you establish a real day to day in-person life with them.
The old saying, "if something is too good to be true, then it probably is" holds up beautifully in our new tech connected world.
She probably looks more like these two in real life...
